This week we made the most out of the beautiful weather and brought baby Rupert to Ballintoy for a spot of seaweed harvesting. If we go seaweed harvesting it’s usually for seaweed to eat but this time we picked a few bags of the washed up stalks and bits for creating our own seaweed fertiliser. It’s really great stuff for the garden (but be warned it smells BAD!).

We also lime washed the interior of our barn (soon to be farm shop). It was quite the job as each stone had to be wiped down after we painted the lime wash on as we wanted to keep the stones their original colour…It was a looong job! Btw-excuse my filming angle at the end, I dont know why I filmed vertically, so sorry about that!
