Details: Based on our little farm on the wild and rugged North Coast of Antrim, Seasonal Living is a half day course encompassing all things seasonal. After a welcoming cup of tea and some homemade cake we dive into the season ahead of us, looking at what’s in season and how you shape your menu, making and creating around this. A walk around the farm armed with baskets, we search for some wild food to cook with later. We then cosy back up in the cottage kitchen for a bit of seasonal natural beauty making. We then work with some seasonal flowers and create a wonderful table setting for a gorgeous afternoon tea. Get sample menus, planners, shopping guides and recipes.
